	Production area: Sicilia Grapes: Cabernet and Merlot Alcohol: 14,5% vol

	Wine features: deep red colour with purple highlights. On the nose, fruity intense aromas combine a pleasing herbaceous note, typical of Cabernet grapes, and a spicy trail of cloves on the final. Good body, velvety and round with persistence.

	Food matches: excellent for roasted and grilled meats. Try with pork shank!
