	Wine features: vivid red colour with purple highlights. Intense and elegant aromatic complexity with remarkable notes of plums, back cherry and liquorice. Big structure and full body. Warm and round to the palate. Excellent its persistence.

	Food matches: savoury courses and spicy dishes. To pair with blue cheeses and to taste with dark chocolate. Delicious with sweet and sour game.
