	Production area: Sicily region Grapes: 100% Vermentino Alcohol: 12,5% vol

	Wine features: pale yellow colour with greenish highlights. Mildly aromatic notes on the nose with pleasant hints of wild herbs. In mouth it has a good acidity, its taste is fruity and sapid.

	Food matches: as aperitif, with seafood, grilled fish and mixed salads.
